This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you can request a refund for products and services purchased on smartincomes.shop.
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly after payment confirmation, specific conditions apply that differ from physical goods.
Refund Request Period
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the content has not been fully accessed, downloaded, or used.
After this period, we cannot offer a full or partial refund.

Partial Refund Conditions
Partial refunds may only be granted when:

The digital file or content contains a verified technical issue preventing access or download.

Delivery of the digital content was not completed due to a system error.
All requests must include proof of purchase for verification.
Refund Process

Once reviewed, we will notify you by email of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method (Stripe, card, etc.) within 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Sale Items and Special Offers
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Products purchased with discounts, coupons, or promotional offers cannot be refunded, except in cases of verified technical delivery failure.
Proof and Responsibility
Refund requests will only be processed with valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order number).
Smart Incomes is not responsible for payments made incorrectly or through unauthorized third-party platforms.
